How do I register for the meeting?

All registrations must have a SIR account in order to register. Click here to manage your SIR account.

What does the SIR 2023 registration include?

Full meeting attendee registration includes access to the live meeting in Phoenix, March 4-9 and the SIR 2023 On-demand, where attendees will be able to access recordings of all sessions.

What is the deadline to register for SIR 2023?

Registration for SIR 2023 will remain open until the last day of the meeting, March 9.

What is the registration cancellation and refund policy?

Please reference the cancellation policy for more details in your confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy Registration: Cancellations received in writing by February 10, 2023, will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after February 10, 2023. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sir@maritz.com

Housing: All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. If you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy or no show, the hotel will either retain the deposit or charge your credit card one night's room and tax. In addition, checking out of your hotel prior to your scheduled departure date could result in an "Early Departure Fee" equal to one night's room and tax.

Does SIR offer guest badges?

Guest badges provide access to SIR Exhibit Hall, Opening Reception and other designated social and networking events. The fee per guest is $150 on or before February 3, 2023 and $165 on or after February 4, 2023. (CME is not awarded)

Guest badges are intended for use by a spouse, family member or guest accompanying a professional registrant. To uphold the professional and educational standards of the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall or sessions and are not eligible to receive a badge. Co-workers, industry associates and exhibits pass registrants are not eligible for this badge and must register as a professional and pay the applicable registration.
