SIR 2023 exhibitor badges

Important note: Prior to registering company personnel for booth or session badges, your company must first secure an exhibit booth and make hotel reservations through the official SIR Housing Bureau (Maritz Global Events). The exhibitor registration badge program is based on square footage for both full registration exhibitor badges and exhibitor booth personnel badges, with additional incentive for companies that are Corporate Ambassadors Program (CAP) partners.  

Badge registration features include:

• Complimentary exhibitor badges (full registration and booth personnel)
• Flexibility to make changes

Complimentary badge allocations 

The complimentary exhibitor badges types are:

Each exhibitor will receive:

•  3 complimentary booth personnel badges per 100 square feet
•  1 complimentary full registration badge per 100 square feet

CAP partner companies are eligible for additional complimentary exhibitor badges based on their CAP recognition level:

Please note: Onsite badge requests or changes are subject to a $75 processing fee.

SIR 2022 On-demand access

SIR 2022 On-demand is an educational product that includes over 200 hours of content captured throughout the duration of the Annual Scientific Meeting. Online access allows you to view synchronized audio and slide presentations from the meeting, anytime, anywhere and often within 24 hours of the original session. You can also view the presentations on your iPad, iPhone or Android mobile device.

Exhibitor badge types/definitions

EXBP/Exhibitor Booth Personnel Badge (Paid) —Access to Expo during official set-up and dismantle hours, all open hours and official networking events. Permits access to the SIR plenary/general session only. Please note that while corporate representatives may staff their company's hands-on workshop station, they are not permitted to attend hands-on workshops as an attendee. 


EXFP/Exhibitor Full Access Badge (Paid) —Access to Expo during official set-up and dismantle hours, all open hours and official networking events. Permits access to all public SIR educational sessions. Please note that while corporate representatives may staff their company's hands-on workshop station, they are not permitted to attend hands-on workshops as an attendee. Exhibitor attendance at SIR educational sessions, including scientific sessions, is for observational purposes only, and company representatives should refrain from engaging in educational dialogue. See additional information on corporate personnel requirements listed below.

Exhibitor attendance of SIR educational programming

The following conditions apply to all corporate exhibiting personnel who attend SIR educational programming:

• Personnel are expected to stand in the rear of the meeting room and observe the presentation and interactions.
• Conversations between personnel and presenters will not be permitted.
• Conversations between personnel and learners will not be permitted.
• Conversations between personnel (of either the same company or another company), in which products are discussed, will not be permitted.
• The distribution of flyers and/or business cards will not be permitted.
• Should either a presenter or learner approach a corporate representative who is attending a session, he or she should explain that the representative is there to observe only and that product-specific questions can be addressed at the appropriate exhibit booth in the Expo.

Minors prohibited

Children under 16 years of age will not be allowed in the Expo at any time.
