Colin Roach is a second year medical student at UCSF. He spent four years working as an EMT both on an ambulance and in UC San Diego's Level-I trauma center. He spent years working with underserved populations both domestically and in Tijuana, Mexico. He's now interested in combining his interests of health equity and advanced resuscitation, as he is investigating whether ECPR is a viable tool that can be used to combat health disparities in cardiac arrest outcomes.
