Abby Dolan, MPH is a Research Project Manager at the Center for Emergency Care Policy and Research and the Urban Health Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. She manages studies addressing topics such as the opioid epidemic, community health, and racial health disparities. Her research interests include maternal and child health, reproductive health, substance use disorders, and the health of incarcerated populations. Abby is particularly interested in research that centers the patient experience, amplifies and incorporates community input, prioritizes environmental and racial justice, and addresses structural racism.
