Dr. Barton is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow transitioning to a faculty member as Instructor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh, and an emergency medicine physician with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). His research interests include identifying and treating traumatic brain injury through translational science and biomarker approaches.
