Caroline Cawley, MPH is a Research Associate in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She manages the UCSF evaluation of San Francisco Whole Person Care, a five-year Medi-Cal funded program to improve outcomes for adults experiencing homelessness and frequent users of urgent/emergent health services. Caroline holds a Master of Public Health with a specialization in Epidemiology from the University of Toronto.
