C. Yoonhee Ryder, BS, is a third/fourth-year medical student at the University of Michigan Medical School. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Research through the Michigan School of Public Health and holds a TL-1 training grant. She is an aspiring Otolaryngologist. Yoonhee is originally form Alabama and attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) for undergraduate. She then served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo, West Africa, before starting medical school. She is passionate about global surgery.
