Amy is the Associate Vice President for Advancement Resources and Strategic Talent Management for the 230+ staff comprising the Development and Alumni Relations Office at Boston University, heralding the recent historic completion of the $1.85B “Choose to be Great” campaign. Prior to BU, she led the strategic staffing initiative for the "Light the World Campaign" at Boston College, and worked in various administrative and frontline positions at Harvard Law School. Amy is a national leader in the field of Talent Management, considered by peers as a pioneer in its establishment as a key division within the Advancement profession. She has spent the better part of 25 years contributing to the success of fundraising both on the frontline and even more importantly behind the scenes. She has shown a remarkable ability to connect with development professionals, help them make the right career moves, and ultimately achieve success for their organization's mission.
