Dr. Joshua Willens is currently a resident at the US Army's advanced education in Endodontics program at Fort Gordon, GA. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2007 and served for 7 years in the Signal Corps. His assignments include Fort Richardson, Alaska, Ansbach, Germany, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. During his time as a Signor Corps Officer, he served multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Kuwait totaling 22 months. In 2014 after temporarily leaving military service, Josh began dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. Upon graduation Josh attended a one year AEGD at Fort Carson, Colorado before moving to Fort Gordon, Georgia in 2019 in preparation for the start of endodontic residency in 2020. In his spare time when he is not reading endodontic literature, Josh enjoys spending time sailing with wife and three daughters out at the lake.
The AAE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider, a recognized provider in California (#2030), Florida (#PP0049). Programs of the AAE (#214682) are accepted by AGD for Fellowship/Mastership credit. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The AAE designates this activity for up to 35.5 continuing education credits. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ada.org/cerp.
