AAE has negotiated special discounted rates for attendees at several properties, all just steps away from the Phoenix Convention Center. These rates are only accessible through the Registration and Housing partner site.

Attendees sharing a room with a friend or colleague are encouraged to note their roommate during the accommodations booking process. Simply enter their name as an additional room occupant. All names will be added to the room reservation, making the check-in process more convenient.
