Endodontic educators will participate in an interactive lecture session discussing the challenges of recruiting faculty to teach in pre-doctoral and graduate Endodontic programs.

Learning Objectives:

Identify strategies and supportive programs to develop an interest in academia in Endodontic residents
Identify ways to facilitate the process of being an Endodontic educator
Identify barriers to becoming an Endodontic educator and ways to address the barriers.

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. The AAE designates this activity for up to 35.5 continuing education credits.
