The workshop is divided into two sections. The morning session is devoted to developing attendees leadership skills based on a self assessment that will be completed prior to the workshop session. Each attendee will leave the morning session with an individualized leadership development plan based on the findings of the leadership self-assessment.
The afternoon session builds on the morning session and is directed toward utilizing one's leadership skills and cutting edge leadership principles to create an optimal practice culture and a peak performing team. Each attendee will learn simple but effective coaching skills that will rapidly transform their staff to a highly productive and cohesive team and create a sustainable competitive advantage in the endodontic market place.

AAE Workshop Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Refunds for AAE workshops will not be granted, regardless of the circumstance, after March 30, 2022. A no show occurs if a registrant does not cancel in advance of AND/OR does not show up for their scheduled workshop within 30 minutes of the published start time. If a registrant no shows, they will forfeit their spot at the workshop and an individual from the wait-list will be given their place.
