At the end of this session participants will be able to / Au terme de cette conférence, vous serez:
discuss the trajectory of the future HF clinical care burden (Professional);
recognize short-term and long-term system solutions to the HF provider crisis (Health Advocate);
identify the recognized subspecialties and allied health disciplines within HF practice (Collaborator); and
propose training solutions and team to the HF provider crisis (Leader).
4 talks will highlight the looming HF provider crisis from the perspective of interdisciplinary team members. Each talk will include 1 polling question for interactivity. The session will conclude with a roundtable panel discussion of existing and potential North American solutions to meet the upcoming HF care requirements.
