Immerse yourself in a showcase of electronic posters displaying the latest research and advancements. Come meet the authors of the displayed abstracts. Check the schedule to find out when authors are presenting. Learning from poster presentations may qualify as Section 2 Self-Learning activities; you may claim 0.5 credits per poster viewed with a documented learning outcome.

Braindate Lounge

Thursday, October 26 to Saturday, October 28
A Braindate is a structured networking opportunity where attendees have knowledge-sharing conversations one-on-one or in a group, on a topic of their choice. Select a topic and time from the marketplace or add your own. This is your chance to make sure you connect with those you want to meet and learn from at Vascular 2023. IDEA Lounge

Thursday, October 26 to Saturday, October 28
The IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) Lounge is an open space where you can:
  1. Learn. Engage with experts through scheduled presentations and conversations on IDEA best practices in health and community settings.
  2. Reflect. Explore your biases and through a hands-on activity, co-create a solution to dismantle ableism in healthcare.
  3. Act. Identify opportunities and take a pledge as a healthcare provider to integrate anti-racist and anti-oppression approaches in your practice.
With guidance from curated resources from all host organizations, you will be better equipped to apply these learnings to your professional practice.

Sidebar Sessions take place in Theatres 1 and 2 as follows. Sidebar Sessions are sponsored learning activities and are not part of the 2023 Vascular accredited program developed by the Scientific Planning Committee and do not qualify for Maintenance of Certification Section 1 credits.

Evening Networking Events

Thursday, October 26 and Friday, October 27
Unwind and network while enjoying a selection of wine and hors-d'œuvres. Both evening receptions take place from 17:30 to 18:30 EDT and are open to all. Thursday's special focus is on students, trainees, and early career in vascular sciences. Friday's special focus is on women in vascular sciences. 

Vascular 2023 Lunches

Lunch will be served from 12:30 to 13:30 EDT in the Exhibit Hall. Connect and network over lunch with fellow attendees and industry partners.
