What are the booth rules for CRR?Please view the
Booth Rules and Regulations for information on booth height regulations, what is considered a booth violation, booth backwall height allowance, banners, balloons, smoke/fog machines and information on many other items and what is and is not allowed. exhibits@iafc.org.What is included with my booth space?Each exhibitor will automatically receive:
- (1) 6' black skirted table
- (2) slimline chairs
- (1) wastebasket
- Booth ID Sign
The exhibit hall is carpeted. You may choose to order carpet to enhance the appearance of your booth. Additional furniture and other booth furnishings can be ordered through the
Exhibitor Service Manual. Electric and internet is not included with your booth space, but may be ordered through the
Exhibitor Service Manual. All booths receive (3) exhibitor badges per 100 square feet. Additional badges can be purchased for $50 each.
How do I register my booth staff?All booths receive (3) exhibitor badges per 100 square feet. Additional badges can be purchased for $50 each. You will receive an invitation to register your booth staff through the
Exhibitor Registration. Promo codes will be emailed to the main contact for each company. If you cannot locate your promo code, please email
exhibits@iafc.org.Where are all the exhibitor order forms and information located?All order forms can be found in the
Exhibitor Manual.
Is insurance required?EAs of January 2023, IAFC WUI exhibitors are no longer required to submit Certificates of Insurance. Blanket Insurance coverage is now included as part of your exhibiting package.
Note: If you are using an
EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor) to set up or dismantle your booth, the EAC will need to submit a Certificate of Insurance to
exhibits@iafc.org.
When can I move in to set-up my booth?Please find details on the
Plan Your Exhibit page.Can I carry my booth items/products in myself?Yes, but they must be able to be carried by hand.
Is floor covering or carpeting required?Carpeting is not required and the ballroom is carpeted. You may bring in your own carpet or purchase carpet through the
Exhibitor Service Manual.
Can I sell my products/service at the show?You may sell your products and/or services at the event. You will be responsible for any applicable taxes.
