It’s been 10 years since the National Council launched the first National Trauma-informed Care (TIC) Learning Community. Join us as the founders of this work look back at the innovative work trauma-Informed organizations have done to advance the field about the foundation of trauma-informed care, its principles and its promise. Spend an afternoon with us as we look into the future to understand how we have progressed from TIC to trauma-informed, resilience-oriented, equitable (TIROE) care and how it will redefine our organizations and communities as we emerge from the international COVID-19 pandemic.

Identify three barriers to implementing TIROC principles in an organization.
Explore three strategies to starting TIROC work to help others start the process.
Discuss three examples of TIROC work to provide insight into opportunities and ideas that can be implemented other places.
