Neisha LeStage is the division director of Counseling Services at Andrews Center Behavioral Healthcare. She has been active in the field since 1990, and currently works as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S). She supervises several different programs consisting of general counseling, substance use services, veteran’s counseling, green zone veteran’s services and the agencies first episode psychosis program. She works to place mental health interns to provide the opportunity of valuable experience during their education. LeStage has been the agencies trauma-informed care team lead since 2018. She works to collaborate in her local community regarding the awareness and education surrounding trauma, mental health and substance use issues. She has a passion for helping others and believes in the empowerment, voice and choice of individuals on their healing journey.
