Lifeskills South Florida

Since 1991 Lifeskills South Florida has been an industry leader in the treatment of complex psychiatric, substance use, and process addiction disorders for adult men and women.  Our residential treatment center in Deerfield Beach, Florida offers highly individualized, structured and supportive clinical care in a non-institutional campus setting. Lifeskills offers seven distinctive clinical pathways, and each pathway is led by doctoral or licensed clinicians with additional training in that targeted area. Additionally, we also offer a full continuum of care including partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programming, with optional transitional housing in Delray Beach, Florida. Length of stay at Lifeskills is individualized, based on clinical need.

Lifeskills is an evidenced-based program with a highly credentialed, qualified treatment team, led by our quintuple board-certified medical director. Our specialized clinical team has received extensive training and certifications in EMDR, REBT, ERP and DBT.  Based on assessment of clinical need, each client will be assigned to the most appropriate clinical pathway(s).  All clients are also assigned a family therapist as part of their treatment team who will work the identified family system, including providing additional family support services.
