Overview & Schedule
ASAM is pleased to extend an invitation to submit an application for participation in the 53rd ASAM Annual conference through hosting an in-person satellite session. Satellite sessions offer your organization the opportunity to host educational sessions and network with a select group of attendees. Have a new product? Our audience is eager to learn more about your product launches and updates.
A limited number of satellite sessions will be made available at the times below. Please reserve yours right away before they sell out!

Cost
$5,000 / Session
Fee Includes:
- Assigned Meeting Space
- Description of satellite meeting with date/time, title, description, and speaker information displayed on ASAM 53rd Annual Conference Website and Mobile App
- One-time use of the pre-event email list for promotion of satelite session through InFocus
- *Meeting logistics must be arranged directly with the hotel at an additional cost.

ASAM will review all applications and send acceptance letters on a rolling basis. The confirmation will include an invoice, space assignment instructions, contact information for catering, audio visual and other recommended partners affiliated with the official conference hotel. Meeting rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

“This event is not part of the official ASAM Annual Conference as planned by its Program Committee.” Advertising must comply with ACCME requirements for commercial support.
Ancillary Meetings
Overview & Schedule
Ancillary Meetings are non-ASAM sponsored events such as business meetings, focus groups, investigator meetings, committee meetings, and non-ASAM committee meetings that are held during the dates of the conference. Ancillary meetings are typically smaller events with minimum attendance (within 15 attendees), unlike a satellite session. Ancillary meetings will not be permitted during hours that conflict with ASAM educational programming, poster sessions and/or ASAM sponsored events.

$500 / Meeting
