Spectrum Health Center for Integrative Medicine, located in Grand Rapids, MI,  seeks to hire a full time Addiction Medicine Physician. 
The Center for Integrative Medicine provides comprehensive care and support to help patients towards recovery and self-empowerment. The dynamic team is made up of addiction trained physicians and psychiatrists, psychologists, Advanced Practice Providers, psychotherapists, and social workers.
The ideal candidate will have completed a primary care residency and completed a fellowship in Addiction Medicine. Extensive experience in addition medicine without a fellowship will be considered on an individual basis.  This is a full-time position with an expectation of working Monday through Friday in an outpatient setting.  To be considered, the physician will need to be in good standing with their medical society and possess an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan.  Must possess a X-DEA buprenorphine waiver or have an active application in process.
