SCMR is pleased to offer high quality children's programming and services during the conference by partnering with KiddieCorp, Inc. KiddieCorp, who is bonded and carries ample liability insurance, and is now in its thirty-fifth year of providing childcare services to conventions, tradeshows, and special events.
The program is for Children ages 1 through 16 years old. Services will be provided at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in San Diego, California. Service hours are as follows:
Snacks and water will be provided. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for providing meals.
KiddieCorp provides activities appropriate for each age group, using safe, sturdy equipment that you can feel comfortable with. Children can make their own choices within the KiddieCorp's program.
The KiddieCorp goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience. The staff to child ratios are high to ensure that every child feels special (1:3 for children ages 1 through 2 years old; 1:5 for children ages 3 through 5 years old; 1:7 for children ages 6 through 12 years old; 1:10 for children ages 13 through 16 years old). The KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education, and enthusiasm.
The cost for the children’s program is $10 USD per hour, per child. Children must be registered for a minimum of two consecutive hours per child for each day registered. Availability is limited and handled directly through KiddieCorp on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations must be made to KiddieCorp prior to December 15, 2022 for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be submit to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, refunds will not be issued.
KiddieCorp will charge parents $5 USD per every 5-minute increment of late pick-up at the end of the day.
