We can’t wait for you to experience your first Annual Meeting and join in on all the fun. At AACE Annual Meeting 2023, we hope to empower you to learn and share your unique expertise with your peers as we work together to advance patient care. You will have the opportunity to join experts and your fellow attendees for dynamic group discussions and workshops.
Q: How will the content be presented?
A: Content will be presented in various learning styles to help you get the most out of the time on-site. A few formats you can expect are The Flipped Classroom, Cased-Based Conversations, The AACE Talk Show, Collaboration Station, Learning Games, and more! Click here to learn more.
Q: What Should You Wear?
A: Clothing attire is business casual. Comfy shoes are recommended since the Summit building is a large venue. You’ll be hitting your daily step target!
Q: What Should You Bring?
A: Confirmation email to check in and pick up your badge. Headphones to be able to connect to our silent theater technology learning labs. Battery pack for your phone or tablet/laptop charger to make sure your devices are charged up for the duration of our event.
Q: Can I use my laptop or smartphone during a session?
A: Yes! We have a mobile app that can help you navigate the meeting! From the mobile app you can build your schedule, see presentation slides, take notes, and view maps. Just be mindful of your neighbors and respectful of the speakers. And don’t forget to silence your phone. Lastly, don't forget to tag us and use our hashtag #WeAreAACE.
