A: For a copy of your registration receipt, log into the registration portal here. NOTE your login username and password are your AACE account credentials. Proceed until you get to the dashboard page, then click the 'Confirmation' button. Select to either print or send your registration confirmation via email.

A: To reserve your spot on our ticketed events, log into the registration portal here. NOTE your login username and password are your AACE account credentials. Proceed until you get to the dashboard page, then click the 'Add Ticketed Events' button. Select 'Add' to all the events to wish to include in your registration pass. Don't miss out, some events have limited space!
Q: How can I cancel my registration?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to AACE’s approval. Cancellations will not be accepted after Thursday, March 23, 2023. All approved cancellations are subject to a $150 administrative fee. AACE is not liable for any travel expenses incurred. Cancellation requests must be emailed to meetings@aace.com. Special consideration will be given to cancellation requests for denied visas.

In the event of cancellation, AACE is not responsible for any personal costs incurred, such as airline or hotel penalties.
