Alfio Scuto – Application Engineer – STMicroelectronics

Alfio Scuto holds a master’s degree in microelectronics engineering. Since joining ST in 1999 as RF application engineer, Alfio has been heavily involved in the development of the DMOS and LDMOS technologies for industrial and telecom applications. In 2014, he became application engineer for high power converters for telecom, servers, and industrial markets.
Today, Alfio manages the High Voltage Application Development group, which supports the development and the implementation of silicon and wide-bandgap products in new power converter designs.
