Marissa Broadley, MPH, MSEd, RN, CIC, CPHQ, CPPS, LSSGB is the Director of Infection Prevention for Albany Med Health System - Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY. Marissa is a RN and is Board Certified in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Marissa earned a BS in Psychobiology from Binghamton University and her BSN from Dominican College. She went on to earn her MSEd from Mercy College, as well as her MPH from New York Medical College. Marissa holds a certification in healthcare quality in addition to patient safety. Most recently, Marissa successfully earned her Green Belt Certification from LEAN Six Sigma. Prior to her employment with Saratoga Hospital, Marissa worked in Disease Control and Prevention for the Rockland County DOH. She was also employed by Montefiore – Nyack Hospital as an Infection Preventionist. Marissa currently serves on the 2023 APIC National Conference Committee and is the APIC 069 President-Elect.
