There is a persistent need in the MCH field, and among Title V more specifically, to disrupt inequitable and racist data practices. Join us as we investigate root causes, identifying how racism presents in data and shapes practices, policies, and narratives, and explore solutions imbued with anti-racism and health equity by introducing the Deconstructing Racism in Data (DRiD) module series. DRiD intends to provide an accessible and engaging workforce development tool to inform and train Title V personnel and the broader public health sphere on the impacts of and solutions to racism and inequity in data to best support MCH and Title V program efforts and optimal health of birthing people and infants.
