HRSA's Maternal Health Portfolio Evaluation: Design and Early Findings

This poster will describe the Maternal Health Portfolio Evaluation, which includes five HRSA-funded programs: State Maternal Health Innovation Program, Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health, Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health Community Care Initiative, Rural Maternity and Obstetrics Management Strategies Program, and Supporting Maternal Health Innovation Program. We will provide an overview of the evaluation and early findings. We will describe the wide range of innovative programs that awardees are implementing to improve maternal health. We will also describe the ways in which the awardees are addressing health equity using a variety of strategies, including incorporating people with lived experience into program activities and implementing implicit bias training.
