Ellen Walker, MPH is Research Director II at NORC. Ms. Walker has seven years of experience in public health research, programming, and evaluation on federally funded projects. Ms. Walker currently serves as Project Manager for NORC’s MH Portfolio evaluation. Ms. Walker has also worked on several projects dedicated to the promotion of maternal and child health including USAID’s CIRCLE project, and NORC’s HEAL-PM project which aimed at applying a health equity framework to the MIECHV performance measurement system.
