Meghan Woo is a Senior Research Scientist at NORC. Woo has 15 years of experience conducting research and evaluation in the areas of maternal and child health and health equity. Woo is the Technical Assistance Task Lead for the Maternal Health Evaluation Project and is Project Director for NORC’s HEAL-PM project, which aimed at applying a health equity framework to the MIECHV performance measurement system. Prior to joining NORC, she spent nine years at Abt Associates where she led federal contract work in the areas of maternal and child health, clinical preventive services, and program evaluation.
