Dr. Chada is a 2nd year resident in Endodontics at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He grew up in Plymouth, MN and received his bachelor’s degree from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, MN in 2011. He received his DDS from University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2016. Following dental school, he joined the US Navy under the Health Professions Scholarship Program and served for five years as a general dentist in Great Lakes, IL, Sasebo, Japan and Oceanside, California. He was honorably discharged in 2020. During his time in Japan, he started taking Japanese lessons, and will take his Japanese Language Proficiency Test in December 2023. He also adopted a baby rabbit named Adzuki. His academic interests include cone beam imaging, clinical trial design, and diagnostic testing. He volunteers for the Humane Society of Dallas animal shelter and the Strongtowns nonprofit organization. His personal interests include reading science fiction, taking pilates classes, riding mountain bike trails on his single speed gravel bike, and exploring coffee shops around Dallas. He enjoys spending time with his senior dog, Cusco and his nieces and nephews. He is an enthusiastic fan of the Boston Celtics.
