Dental trauma often leads to long term side effects on the pulp chamber and the periapical tissues. This course will go over the long term side effects caused by trauma such as cervical root resorption, internal resorption and root ankylosis. We will explore the treatment options that are sometimes needed several years after the initial dental trauma.

Describe what can occur to traumatized teeth over the years
Describe how to evaluate and treat teeth with cervical root resorption
