Radman, White & Associates is the leading firm for transitioning endodontic practices and the only firm that exclusively focuses on the endodontic specialty for transitioning practices. With listings from the East Coast to the West with multiple in between there are so many options for your consideration. At Radman, White we understand the value of an endodontic practice and the importance of a successful transition. We only work with practices that are willing to completely transition their practice to a new owner. We understand that our success is dependent upon the success of the purchaser. The purchaser’s success is our success and that is why we are very selective about the practices we will represent. We price endodontic practices based on cash flow. We feel the most important number is the profit amount you take home as an owner. Therefore, we price practices in such a way that the purchaser should have take-home income of at least 40% after paying debt and expenses. The 40% is a minimum and sometimes that number goes to 50% or even higher. You could select a practice to purchase where the numbers are such that your take home pay will increase even while paying off the note to own the practice. When we place associates into practices, we feel strongly that the incoming associate should have all of the information about the practice that is of interest to them. Why? Because we want the associateship to evolve into partnership and we believe that the more that is agreed upon up front the better chance that the partnership will thrive since everyone is on the same page. We encourage the price to be set up front before the associate ever picks up a hand piece. Additionally, the length of the associateship should be set up front and not exceed three years. Radman, White has opportunities that are priced fairly and ready to transition – contacting Radman, White is the best way to take control of your future. We want to help you keep the profits you work so hard for, those dollars should go into your account, not someone else’s.
