Dr. Charles Watson holds a B.S. in Engineering from Marquette University and a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of California Berkeley. For ten years he ran the failure analysis laboratory of ISE labs, a member of the ASE Group. Towards the end of that tenure, he was also running the ESD/Latch-Up laboratory. Recently he transferred to the Technical Staff of ISE labs.
