Separately Ticketed Event. This session is presented as a pre-recorded presentation with an interactive Q&A with speakers.
The purpose of this session is to introduce and explain the reports necessary to assess the financial performance of a physical therapy business including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and budget. Geared towards the physical therapist with limited experience in this area, the presentation will explain how to: --Decipher the balance sheet to determine your financial position --Design a Chart of Accounts --Utilize the profit and loss statement to assess financial performance --Create a budget to guide future financial planning Since finance is foreign for most physical therapists, special attention will emphasize "real-life" application.
