This presentation describes an integrated, iterative process for engaging multiple collaborators, including clinicians, people with multiple sclerosis, care partners, and researchers to design, pilot, and evaluate the feasibility of a multiple sclerosis self-management program. The presenters outline the process, which includes the following key steps: 1) review of the clinical and self-management evidence base, 2) a needs assessment with the population of focus, 3) development of an Advisory Committee, 4) iterative program development, 5) piloting and evaluating program feasibility, and 6) scaling for programmatic sustainability.
