A: To make your check-in process easy, we recommend for to print out or pull up your unique QR code which was sent via email on Tuesday, May 10. This will allow you to scan, print, and go! If you are unable to locate your unique QR code, don't worry we can always look you up on-site by your first and last name.

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to AACE approval. Cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and take into account the current situation of the pandemic. All approved refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations will not be accepted within 72-hours of the event's start. AACE is not liable for any travel expenses incurred. A: No audio or video photography or recording of any portion of the AACE meeting is permitted by any means, including live streaming. Violators will be removed from the meeting and will not receive any refund of their registration fee.
