Q: When and where is the 2022 AACE Annual Meeting?
A: Thursday, May 12 - Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Hilton San Diego Bayfront. 
 
Q: What are the registration rates?
A: Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase. Please refer to our pricing page.
 
Q: Is this a hybrid event?
A: No, Annual Meeting is an in-person event. Premium registration attendees will receive audio recordings and presentation slides from the sessions, but a virtual pass is not being offered. 
 
Q: Do I need to wear a mask or proof of vaccination? 
A:  Masks are no longer required indoors in California. AACE will not be checking vaccination cards.
 
Q: How can I book a hotel room for Annual Meeting?
A: The AACE official room block is now closed. If you have not secured a hotel room prior to the cut-off date - April 18, you may contact the Hilton San Diego Bayfront and reference 'AACE' or use the Hilton San Diego Bayfront link here to make a reservation. For additional information, please visit our Hotel and Venue page.
 
Q: How can I make a change or cancel my hotel reservation?
A: If you need to make a change or cancel an existing reservation, please contact the Hilton San Diego Bayfront directly at 1-800-HILTONS or 619-564-3333. 
 
Q: What are the registration and badge pick-up hours?
A: Registration and badge pick-up hours are Wednesday, May 11 from 10:00 am-6:00 pm in the Hotel Lobby, Level 2. Thursday, May 12 from 7:00 am-5:30 pm in Sapphire Northwest foyer, Level 4. Friday, May 13 from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm in Sapphire Northwest Foyer, Level 4. Saturday, May 14 from 7:00 am-5:00 pm in Sapphire Northwest foyer, Level 4.  
 
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me at registration?
A: To make your check-in process easy, we recommend for to print out or pull up your unique QR code which was sent via email on Tuesday, May 10. This will allow you to scan, print, and go! If you are unable to locate your unique QR code, don't worry we can always look you up on-site by your first and last name.
 
Q: Is there a mobile app for Annual Meeting?
A: Yes, download the official AACE Annual Meeting mobile app by searching for "AACE" in your IOS or Android App Store. Stay tuned with the schedule, connect with other attendees, take notes, and more!
 
Q: Can I register onsite during the conference?
A: Onsite registration will be available; however, pre-registration is a great way to save money and save your spot!
 
Q: What is the dress code for Annual Meeting?
A:  The dress code is business casual.  
 
Q: What are the average temperatures in San Diego in May?
A: In May, San Diego temperatures average a high of 69 degrees and a low of 60 degrees.
 
Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to AACE approval. Cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and take into account the current situation of the pandemic. All approved refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations will not be accepted within 72-hours of the event's start. AACE is not liable for any travel expenses incurred. Please send cancellation requests to: meetings@aace.com.
 
Q: Can I take video or live stream the meeting on my own device?
A: No audio or video photography or recording of any portion of the AACE meeting is permitted by any means, including live streaming. Violators will be removed from the meeting and will not receive any refund of their registration fee.
