Thursday, May 12 - Smoothie Blender Bikes
This activity is designed to promote physical exercise and healthy living. These bikes are powered entirely by pedaling. Hop on a bike and pedal for 15 seconds to power the blender and make a delicious and healthy smoothie! To participate visit AACE Engagement Zone and pick up a ticket.
Friday, May 13 - Morning Yoga
Join us for an energy-boosting wake-up with yoga, led by a professional instructor. All experience levels are welcome from beginners to more advanced! Capacity for this event is limited and a number of mats will be available, we encourage you to arrive early to get a spot. To participate you must visit Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc, booth #109, and pick up a ticket.
Saturday, May 14 - Headshot Lounge
Need to update your headshot on your social media or professional networking sites? Get expertly photographed by a portrait photographer. Proofs are provided immediately on-site. Photographs are automatically touched up with pre-selected, flattering filters tailored to each participant. Final photos are sent instantly to your email. To participate you must visit Novo Nordisk, booth #113, and pick up a ticket.
Silent Theatres
Our Learning Lab stages will consist of silent seminars. Headphones are required in this area. To access the broadcasting, please visit https://aace.silent.theater/ or scan the QR code below.
Headphones will not be provided at Annual Meeting, everyone is encouraged to bring their own headphones.
Abstract Oral Presentations
Abstracts oral presentations are submitted by AACE community members or non-members who are sponsored by an AACE community member. Abstract oral presentations consist of the top-scoring abstract submissions and give the authors the opportunity to go more in-depth about their research.
Presentation topics consist of original research, clinical trials, or case studies/series related to the area of Endocrinology. Abstract oral presentations will take place in Learning Lab A or B, click here to view the schedule.
E-Poster Presentations
E-Poster presentations are the next highest scoring group where AACE invites the authors to create an e-poster where they can give a summary of their research, including graphs, tables, and other illustrations. These presentations will take place in all the e-poster stations located in the Learning Zone. To view the e-poster schedule by day, click here.
