Otitis externa is one of the most common pathologies presented at veterinary hospitals. Veterinarians and pet owners still experience frustrations when dealing with this problem. This session will share insights from two recent studies conducted with veterinarians and pet owners, providing greater visibility on the key concerns, and ideas on how to provide better solutions and client satisfaction. The management of acute otitis and plans to reduce the number of recurrent episodes will be addressed.
