Zichen Zhang

Zichen Zhang earned his BS degree in Physics from Peking University, Beijing in 2017, and his MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Stonybrook University in 2019. He is currently a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Center for Power Electronics Systems (CPES) at Virginia Tech. His research interests include the electronic packaging of WBG power devices/modules and the evaluation of insulation materials for medium-voltage power modules.
