As founder and president of CME Mentors, Debbie Platek, MS, CHCP, assists clients with accreditation consults, strategic planning, educational activities, training, and technology. She has a passion for developing newcomers to the profession and has been an active member of the CME/CPD community for 19 years. Debbie is the course director of the Alliance Career Pathways program and has volunteered for many Alliance initiatives. She is a past president and member of the Illinois Alliance for CME and serves on the advisory council for the Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning. Debbie holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Illinois and an MS in Communications from Northwestern University.
