We completed a retrospective cohort study utilizing the Premier Healthcare Database. Data collected included the index procedure and 90 days following. We found that within all subgroups, robotic assisted hysterectomy was more expensive than conventional laparoscopic hysterectomy. Overall complication rates were low in both groups.
