I am having trouble logging on to view the mobile app and/or conference sessions. Where do I find my access key?  
You can retrieve it yourself! Simply enter the email address you used to register for the conference.

When and where is the 2023 PFD Week Meeting?
The 2023 PFD Week is taking place Wednesday, October 4 through Friday, October 6 and will convene in Portland at the Oregon Convention Center.

Are there lactation rooms available?
Yes, although the Mother’s Room is locked to ensure privacy. Please visit the Registration and Information Desk for the key.

Registration FAQ

How do I register for the PFD Week Meeting?
Register for the meeting by visiting the PFD Week website. Registration rates are the same for in-person and virtual attendees. Both virtual and in-person registrants have the ability to view livestreams on the meeting website and app with their access key. All registrants also have access to the course content for approximately 30 days via the meeting app. If you purchase the bundle in addition to your registration, you will have access to the course for up to one calendar year.

I can no longer attend in person. Do I need to switch my registration to virtual?
No, you can access the virtual platform with your access key that you received in your confirmation email.

Can I cancel my registration?
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@augs.org by September 4, 2023, to be eligible for a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Only additional ticketed in-person only events, including workshops, roundtables, Fellows and Residents Day, and the Wednesday night social event are refundable, less the processing fee, if requested in writing prior to September 4, 2023. Meeting registration fees will not be refunded. 

Can I purchase my conference registration when I get to the meeting?
We encourage all attendees to register for the conference in advance. However, we know sometimes plans are made at the last minute. If you arrive at the conference and still need to register, please see the AUGS team at the registration desk for assistance.

What are the Registration and Information Desk hours?
The Registration and Information Desk will be in the Holladay Lobby of the convention center. See the times below for the Registration and Information Desk hours.

Which events require an additional ticket?
Wednesday morning workshops, Roundtables, Fellows and Residents Reception, the AUGS Social Event at Redd on Salmon Street, and the Foundation Cornhole Tournament Supported by Coloplast.

Mobile App FAQ

Does AUGS have a mobile app for PFD Week?
Yes! All content, including the live sessions, will be available in the mobile app. When logging in, please use your PFD Week registration email address and access key. The access key can be found in the email sent on Thurs. Sept. 28, “Your PFD Week 2023 Access Key,” or you can retrieve it.

Where I find up-to-date program information?
The “AUGS 2023 PFD Week” mobile app and online program will contain the most up-to-date program information. Changes to the program will appear in the mobile app in real-time.

Program FAQ 

What time zone are the sessions livestreamed?
The live meeting is held in Pacific Time.

How can I find out when someone is scheduled to present?
The online searchable schedule for the PFD Week has information about each of the sessions being presented. It can be accessed from the mobile app or a desktop computer.

When and where are the PowerPoint slides for the presentations available?
If a presenter has given permission to share their PowerPoint presentation slides, the presentation slides will be available via the mobile app on the morning of the day of the presentation.

How many CME credits are available for the PFD Week Meeting?
The American Urogynecologic Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 18.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ including pre-conference workshops.

Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Physicians who participate in this course virtually can earn a maximum of 15.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Wednesday, October 4, 2023 - 3.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for Pre-Conference Workshops, 4.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the main portion of the meeting.
Thursday, October 5, 2023 - 5.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™
Friday, October 6, 2023 - 5.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™

How do I claim my CME credits?
Only live attendance, in-person or virtual, qualifies for CME credits. At the conclusion of PFD Week 2023, attendees will be able to access an online meeting evaluation and claim their CME credits. The information will be posted online and sent via e-mail to all attendees.

Attendees will have until December 31, 2023, to complete the meeting evaluation and claim their CME credits. No exceptions will be made.

Where and how do I access the livestreams?
From a desktop computer, navigate to the session you would like to watch live and select the “Livestream” button in blue. From the mobile app, navigate to the session you would like to watch live and select the “Livestream” icon at the bottom of the screen in black.

Each livestream will open a new window. Be sure to close the window and navigate to any other session you would like to livestream once finished.

I purchased the on-demand bundle during registration, when will I have access to the on-demand content?
The on-demand course will be available approximately one month after the end of the meeting. You will be notified directly when the course is available in the AUGS e-Learning portal. You will also be able to see it listed under “My Courses” when you log in. The on-demand course will not offer CME credits.
