For so many businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic changed the way work was done. Completely virtual work is not a practical option for most Urogynecologists and Urogynecologic advanced practice providers. Yet we do have an opportunity to rethink what is working and what isn't in our workplace. The extraordinary toll the pandemic has taken on an already burdened workforce is a call to action. In this roundtable, we will question the status quo and explore ideas for work structures that allow Urogynecologists to have a productive and sustainable career throughout their lives.
