Many organizations coordinate MHFA on a local, state, or national level. It is critical that the coordinator is efficient and effective so that the initiative can have the greatest impact and reach your targeted outcomes. It can be a scary task, but it is possible! This session is designed for MHFA coordinators and will provide insight on how four local, state, and national coordinators have become rockstars!

Explain the significance of community collaboration.
Review strategies that can benefit instructor retention and morale.
Discuss best practices and lessons learned by current MHFA coordinators.
