Gain insight into the grant process improvement efforts, a detailed timeline of this initiative and the impact of the process changes on our reassessment completion rate. Staff survey results also reveal the staff's perception of changes made. The presentation will dive deep into the details of our grant process improvement efforts that led us to achieve our grant compliance goal. It will be generalized to reach an audience of organizations that can use similar initiatives to meet their goals while maintaining staff engagement and satisfaction.

Describe the steps taken to ensure the collection of NOMs reassessment interviews.
Expound on the results of staff surveys on what steps worked for them and what steps did not work.
Describe how these steps and processes can be used in other areas to create an efficient, effective workplace that adheres to goals set internally and externally while not alienating workers.
