Danielle Bealmear, MA, LPC is the CCBHC Expansion Grant Project Evaluator at Compass Health Network, a large CCBHC serving mid-Missouri. Danielle has the responsibility of all SAMHSA evaluation activities, including direct supervision of evaluation and data management staff. Danielle collects, manages, analyzes, and reports on customer and CCHBC performance data including evaluation of project performance and makes recommendations regarding data collection and reporting strategies. Danielle has been working in the field of behavioral healthcare for well over a decade. Danielle began her career providing direct client care, and then transitioned into a supervisory role in a community psychiatric rehabilitation program (CPRP). After working as a CPRP supervisor for over 5 years, Danielle decided it was time for a change and took a position as a grant project evaluator for the CCBHC Expansion grant. Danielle has been in the role of evaluator for over a year.
