A recovery rich organization moves beyond the important step of hiring peer staff or partnering with peer-led organizations to valuing living experience as central to the organization. We will present a developmental model to guide organizations and bring the voice of living experience forward with recommendations for future grown.

Learning Objectives:

Identify important organizational changes that are critical to creating a better culture beyond hiring peers.
Examine a model for organizations to follow when considering attempts to become more person-centered.
Explore how organizations can value living experience in an authentic way.
