Kathy S. Lloyd took office as Missouri’s State Courts Administrator January 1, 2015. Previous to holding this office, Kathy worked in the 13th Judicial Circuit and served as the circuit’s court administrator from 2004 through 2014.
Ms. Lloyd earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and her master’s of education degree in educational and counseling psychology, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has served on several statewide committees, including the juvenile detention standards committee and the electronic filing implementation task team. She also has taught the human resources course for the Missouri Institute of Court Management. Ms. Lloyd currently serves on the Coordinating Commission of Judicial Education; Committee on Language Access; Juvenile Information Governance Commission; Criminal Records and Justice Information Advisory Committee; and is vice-chair of the COSCA Behavioral Health Committee.
