Nikita Joslyn, LMSW, is the Director of Business Development for The Connection, a human development agency that serves the state of Connecticut. In her current role, she manages the operations of the Connection’s Institute for Innovative Practice, assists with plans for business and revenue growth, and cultivates relationships with community partners and other non-profit organizations. She has served as the Co-Chair of The Connection’s Race, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice Committee since 2019. She also has been a certified Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor since 2016 and have trained over 1,000 individuals. For the past four years, she has served on the Board of Directors for Prudence Crandall Center, a domestic violence non-profit organization where she is the Chair of their Program Committee and leads the agency’s Racial Equity initiative.
