Jessica Apfel, PsyD is a licensed psychologist and currently the Director of Behavioral Health at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center, Inc (TVHC). At TVHC, Dr. Apfel oversees several different programs including integrated behavioral health, early intervention and prevention, and intensive case management. Dr. Apfel has over 20 years of experience working with underserved communities with diverse backgrounds. Dr. Apfel has led a clinical training program and has taught in graduate programs. Her expertise and interests are diverse and include trauma, substance use, and homelessness.
